I Found The Dress!

I knew it! I'd find the perfect dress in Dorothy Perkins! Got this beauty there. Among other dresses, this wouldn't stand out but after fitting it, I knew it was the one. It fits like a glove and because it's jersey-ish, it's very comfortable. I love it! The print was appropriate for the event. Plus, I love the pocket feature of the dress. It has gold/bronze details so it's perfect with my black shoes!

This print is amazing!

Space-Saver Shoe Organizer

I don't know if it's obvious but I definitely have an affair with shoes. Now that I don't need my bulky table..
It doesn't look like that everyday.. just cleaning up. Haha
because I have this cute and function table..
I could definitely rearrange my room to make it more functional. My mom bought this Interlocking Shoe Organizer and since I wasn't doing anything yesterday, I decided to assemble it.

Here's what you'll see inside the box.
It would just take you about an hour++ if you'll just concentrate on doing the shoe organizer but since I was multi-tasking, it took me two days to finish this. Once you know how to do it, it's easy breezy.

Here's the final product:

Amazing. I never thought I'd be able to do it. Haha.
It doesn't just look cute and zen but it also is very functional and also a space saver. You can actually fit two pairs in one compartment.  LOOK!

Here's the sliding cover

If your shoes are too bulky, you can just pin it up.

If you have tall shoes and doesn't want to deform it, you can just pin the slider up.

The transformation..
Here it is, one pair only.

Put down the sliding cover..

Ta dah! Two pairs!

More shoes..

I still have no idea where to put this because my room is still crammed.

Would you buy this? How do you store your shoes? :)

Happy Wednesday!

Rayban Polarized Sunnies

I never thought I would need shades but on our recent trip to Macau, we walked around The Ruins of St. Paul, it was too hot and very sunny! Good thing there were many thrift stores there and also some branded stores. I stumbled upon a store where they were selling branded shades. They were carrying brands like Ray-Ban, Miu Miu, YSL and others. These were authentic shades (I think there are no replica shades there) and were selling at a  low price. What's nice about the store is they have stocks of rare prints. I got to buy my aviator shades there but they didn't have the brown pair I wanted.

Since we were staying at the Venetian Hotel in Macau, there were a lot of stores and we even went to the Four Seasons shops. There was a store that was selling this and I got really excited. I even checked out other stores to see if they were selling it at a cheaper price but apparently it's the same everywhere. Too bad. So I got to buy this at retail and it's worth every penny. It's a bit more expensive because it's polarized. I got two shades from the trip, one was polarized and the aviators were not. I have to say that the polarized lens is very nice. It's clearer and you will see past the glare which is best for driving. Here's a link to Ray-Ban's site where they show you the difference between regular lens and polarized lens.

Original Ray-Ban case
It really fits me well compared to the usual wayfarers. This will last me a lifetime and I can't wait for summer. HAHA!

Happy Tuesday, everyone!

MY CHRISTMAS WISH THIS YEAR: A NOKIA C7

Good news! This is officially my last day of school! Though I still have papers to submit, I won't be going back to school anytime soon. Now, I have the freedom to explore the world one city at a time! I've always loved to travel, see the world and of course take pictures! Cameras nowadays are getting smaller and smaller and how cool is it to have a cellphone that has 8 megapixels? It's almost as good as my Canon G11!
It comes in Mahogany Brown, Charcoal Black and Frosty Metal.
I adore the Brown and Black ones!

Lately, I've been planning to replace my phone and I noticed that Nokia has been releasing touch phones which are not only priced well but also very functional and stylish! The Nokia C7 is my first choice and I can't wait to get my hands on it!

I love that it's already AMOLED. I've had experiences with AMOLED phones and they're really fun to use! What I like about this is I can watch my TV series while traveling or hanging out at the beach because it has a 3.5-inch screen. One more thing I like this is about the thread-type message. It's just one of the best features in this phone. It also has the one-by-one function so you can use whichever suits you the most.

I'm not techie but I guess I know when I see a good phone and the Nokia C7 is one of them! It has hardware keys which are amazing and the customizable displays is important because we all have different uses for our phones.

What's also cool about this phone is it's already integrated with Facebook and Twitter - two of my favorite sites! No need to bring your heavy and bulky laptop with you just to check or update your status on Twitter! It has also integrated contacts list which is too good to be true.

Maps, maps, maps! Here in Manila, it's very easy to get lost especially during busy hours. This phone is already enabled with maps for navigation so getting lost is already a thing of the past.

Lastly, it fits in my pocket. No quirky designs and bumps on this phone. It's a simple yet powerful tool I think we all need to have. It's customizable, easy to use and very functional. It's what we all need that's why I wish that I get this for Christmas!

Have a good one! :)

Stripes from Dorothy Perkins

I have a huge problem. I went to Glorietta and Greenbelt this afternoon and I couldn't find a dress appropriate for a wedding I'm attending next weekend. I went home empty handed so I ransacked my closet and found this. I actually used this to another wedding before. That was a "night" wedding so this is kind of appropriate. This time, the wedding will start at two in the afternoon so I have to find an appropriate dress.

I had a eureka moment when I saw this dress. I forgot to go to Dorothy Perkins to look for a dress. In that store, you can find lots of cute dresses and shoes! I can't wait to go to Rockwell and look for a cute dress. The wedding is this weekend and I HAVE to go because I have finals and papers due next week.

MAJOR. DIET. NEEDED.

Found this other dress in my closet. My boyfriend gave this to me and I love this LBD. Fringes and ruffles all over! I love it! Paired it with a button down loose top and heels.

Something New: Online Coupon Mania

Who doesn't love online shopping? At a point, we all became addicted. Thanks to chuvaness.com and my boyfriend, I got acquainted to online coupon shopping. They call it Groupon, I call it Coupon Mania! It's probably the best deals you'll ever get.

HOW IT WORKS
First, go to their websites. Then, check out their Deal of the Day. Buy if you want, share if you want referral bonus! Purchase either through credit card, bank deposit or G-cash (for some), print coupon and enjoy!

I suggest you sign up for the daily updates. I got to join around 13 sites and I'm enjoying this everyday. I can't wait to open my computer everyday just to check out their deals. Believe me, these deals are not just 10% deals. These are 45-90% deals! How cool is that?

My first purchase was suggested by my boyfriend. He loves buffets and who could resist the Spiral Buffet? They are offering 45% off on their buffets. Take note, all deals are NET already unless stated otherwise. That is just amazing. It was offered by CashCashPinoy.com and I got to pay through G-cash. Other companies have the bank deposit option for those who don't have credit cards (like me!).

A few minutes ago, I saw Ensogo's deal and they are offering PHP99 massages! How amazing is that! I cannot contain myself! Haha! This is probably the best way to enjoy restaurants, spas and other shops without spending too much.

Here's the list of sites I joined and hopefully you will too! Leave a comment if you're going to REGISTER and buy so I could score some referral points! Hehe :)

CASHCASHPINOY

PRESYONG PATOK - This is not actually up yet but I think they'll be launching soon!
DEAL GROCER - This has no deals yet.

GROUPIE - This one has no offers yet.

You might be skeptical about the payment options. This one looks legit to me and they do have support teams. I actually like the fact that they have bank deposit options and G-cash for some.

What do you think?

NOTE: Not a paid advertisement.
